local pickup:
Local pickup is always an option if you're close by. Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing on all local orders. Once ready, we will email you with pick up instructions.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

back-ordered and pre-ordered items:
U.S. ORDERS: All back-ordered and pre-ordered items ship separately from in-stock items in one final shipment, so that as a courtesy to you, in-stock items may arrive to you sooner. Approximate shipping dates of pre-ordered and back-ordered items are indicated on the listing’s drop-down menu as, “Early” (1st-10th of the month), “Mid” (10th-20th of the month), or “Late” (20th-31st of the month). These dates are our best estimates and are subject to change at any time. Subsequent shipping methods are chosen at our discretion. You will receive a confirmation email when the remainder of your order ships.
