Because My Precious Gem Boutique is still so new, and our team is so small, we are unable to honor cancelations 24 hours AFTER a purchase has been made. If a confirmation email has been sent regarding your order, and you wish to cancel: this may be granted IF its been 24 hours BEFORE checkout. If after the 24 hour mark, you've changed your mind about the purchase(s) made with us, and we are unable to process your request, a very generous discount will be applied to you on a future purchase as our way of saying sorry, and thank you for your understanding. This discount code can be applied one time, and will never expire.
exchanges:
Due to the fact that all of our items are custom made, and our boutique being family owned (so very short staffed), exchanges can ONLY be granted by returning the old item back to us, and placing a new order with the desired item(s).
